Bad Quality

HI,

I bought a handbag from InOrbit mall, Esbeda showroom. The material of bag turned out to be faulty and started peeling off, after using it twice. When I reported same to Esbeda showroom, I was told that, they cannot do anything about it. It cost me around Rs. 2300, and I wasn’t expecting such an arrogant argument about bad quality of the bag..This is certainly not expected from esbeda!
