I have bought 1 Hand bag from Esbeda from Oberoi Mall Goregaon (west) on 21st June for Rs.1080 /- vide bill no.238 where in from that day it was kept packed as it is, when I started using that bag from last month occassionally as it is RED colour to match with my clothes i have carried that bag maximum 10 times & its outer leathret started peeling off, It is so shocking that good brands like Esbeda provides such low quality at high price. Atleast I have never expected this to happen, I strongly appeal to esbeda to give me the resolution about this... at the earliest.
