I had bought a pair of expensive shoes from www.fashionandyou.com. The company is associated with Aramex for their courier services. The courier company failed to deliver the parcel and called to apologize. They re-shipped the shoes back to fashionandyou.com. And now they will neither refund my money nor send me my shoes.
