Product was deffected when i recived

Dear sir, i purchased a Fila - Black Cameco Lifestyle Shoes from HS-18, my order no. was 904998219, dated 3 aug sir i recived my order on 09 aug but when i recived my order it was defeected, in adv you were offering a brevly hills polo sunglasses, but d sun glass which i recived was damaged, one of its glass was broken, i request u to replace it otherwise i have to consider consumer forum.

please reply me in positively as soon as possible.
