Lossed Items from sealed Courie

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am Resident of Pune. When I was in USA I have send post/Courier from USPS Wisconsin Dells, Lake Delton Office to India on 23rd MArch. My tracking/Reciept number is CP867888616US. When I received my Post/Courier iI have found my all personal Items are missing from my Courier. When I couriered from USA that time there was only USPS's celotape on the box and when I received it looks like somebodey opened the box and again sealed it. My Couired box shuld have

1. Aeropostal White colour T-shirt Medium Size $11.

2. Girl black Dress (frok) for 8-10 yeras Girl - $10

3. Baby Pink Colour Feather Scarf - $5

4. Leadies foot ware (2 pairs) -$20.

5. Ladies Bag (Purses) 4 - $20.

6. Ladies Wrist watch (Blue and White Stones) - $5.

But I didnt received any of these. When I was tracking it I have seen the Courier/ Parsel was in and out from Foreign Post 3 times. It cost me around $30 All the items were Insured. So I need my loosed items back or I need money back. Otherwise I will coplaint to Police. Thank you. Waiting for reply.
