Dear Sir/ Madam,

Mrs koundraytuk natalia has haven't receive a parcel from russia gift parcel bearing # EK 317316550 in.

on 17th may but its next day reached in Russia, in Moscow customs on 18th may, that’s what i heard from bangalore speed post, said to me. It’s almost 15 days.i paid huge amount for speed post to get the gift parcel.the amount i paid rupees 2206 INR because India post insist to send speed post to reach fast so i did it but I haven’t received the parcel still now in Vladivostok city. russia.

Please take regarding necessary action, this issue about serious matter. I would like to know when she can receive my parcel?..
