I had purchased some cloths on 6th Sep. 2011 from your C.G.Road, Ahmedabad outlet and asked the salesman almost 7-8 times that if I will get bigger size in same selection which I purchased and salesman ensured me that I will get the same donot worry.
Out of my total purchase (Rs.6345 - 6 items) one jeans of Levis was tight which I went for exchange but then to my utmost surprise salesman told me that they donot have bigger size
inthis type.
To find amicable solution I tried to find other option but they had very few varities in trousers of size 40 and required other items already am having. They took my no. and promised that they will call up when new stock will come but till today have not received any call from them. During these days. I have been checking with them almost every week if they have any new stock but no result!!!
Today I had no option then to get my refund but they didnot agree, as the same is not their policy.
Rather then finding solution, taking action against missale from their staff - the owner Mr. Patel
shouted on me and misbehaved in front of other customers and staff. I had no option then to leave the piece there and walked out from the shop.
I strongly put this complaint against their missale and misbehaviour and solicit reply from the
grevience cell: what is your priority? your policy or assurance of fair customer friendly policy???
