I have brought one HP PAVILION Dv4 Notebooks under Student Offer. As per the web based redemption program I registerd the Online Claim Form and selected Philips 2GB Video Music Player (my redemption code is hdxyaf3ydp). Also i couriered all documents to HP Redemption Cell on 31-october.but in dec i received an email from hp stating that service was not provided in the area i mentioned.so, in december i have updated my address and have email it to hp but have not received any response from there. Many times i informed HP support team about the same. But my issue not resolved yet.
So am requesting you to kindly check with HP support team and resolve the issue asap.
