I gave a complaint on 20th June regarding my IFB Washing machine repair (Complaint No.6576046). After 3 months, making nearly 30 phone calls, September first week a service person came to my house and do some work and gone without telling anything. So, we don't know whether the machine is working or not. He is not get our signature in his complaint register. This incident reveals very worst behavior of the service person belongs to IFB. How to close the complaint, without the signature of the complaint person and what is the roll of Manager in this matter. This incident shows the slackness work of all the persons in IFB. The name is big. But service is very poor.
