I bought a John Players t-shirt from the Indiatimes Shopping Group on March 11. I also made the payment through internet banking. But I have not yet recieved my ordered product yet.

I also sent few compalint mails regarding this issue to them, but no steps have been taken yet or been contacted to solve out the matter.
