Dear Sir
Iam VIVEK CHATURVEDI from bhopal and iam regular customer of indiatimes shopping. On 26/03/10 i have placed an order for three cologne against order no:112274757, 112274728 and 112274750 order value 8269.00. I had received perfume against order no: 112274757 and 112274728 but still order no:112274750 is pending from INDIATIMES SHOPPING which cost of 3595.00. When i speak to their customer care executive he noted my complaint against complaint no:211580 and told me that his customer executive will call me in between 72 working hrs its already more than 104 working hrs and when i gave call to customer care they cant give me satisfactory answer they always told me to wait.
Kindly suggest me what to do..??
