Non delivery of Reebok Kit

I, Ch. Nagaraju ordered over phone to the "indiatodaybookclub.com" for supply of "Reebok Kit" (Clothing, shoes etc., ) and I have made payment of Rs.3298/- through HDFC Credit Card - Transaction code 094575. on 26.3.2010 and till date the items were not delevered to me.

Please do the needful.
