Dear Sir / Madam,
I ordered for Reebok LP shoes (Size - 9 inch) on 15.11.2009 to India Today Book Club (Bag it Today). Even after one year the above product not reached to me. Whenever i call to customer care they allways assure me that the problem will be solved within 7 days. They earlier told me that they have sent the above product through SPEED POST with consignment number- ED864830890IN on 18-JAN. This has not reached to me & when contacted customer care many times they told me that they are enquiring with Postal Department as this consignment not gone back to them. They are still enquiring since from the above date. Its fully rubbish. Is it will take more than 10 months to track a consignment. (Email conversation is also copied to this mail)

I kindly request you to solve this matter either they should send me the above product to following address or they should refund me the amount immediately.
