I got very disturbing experience from Jaihind collection in Pune. I purchased three shirts from shop (I came to later that sale was going on that time). I could not get time to unpack shirts for few days. When i opened those shirts, I observed that one shirt was damaged at several places by pins placed for packing and anather had stains. Stains were very small so ignored and reached shop for replacing bdamaged shirt. After showing Shirt to them they kept calling their seniours one by one which took around 30 mins time. Later they said that Sale is over so I need to pay Rs.200 extra to get that shirt replaced. Then I asked for refund but they said that refund is not possible in any situation.
Basically its not my fault that they sold damaged shirt during sale period. I filed case in consumer court for this and waiting for resolution :)
