I have purchased one dress in the month of march. But I have wore it only once on the festival day ie Ugadi. Later in the last week of April I have given the dress for dry cleaning as I wanted to wear the dress for my friend marriage reception going to be held on 9 May. But after dry cleaning the entire colour of dress got shaded, I have been informed by the dry cleaning agent about the same. I have immediately taken the dress to the shop and asked them. But the manager of the showroom blamed me that I havenot given for dry cleaning instead I have done hand wash. I told him that i havent done any hand wash and had given for dry cleaning. But he didnt listen at all. Instead he said that for the damage he is ready to give me Rs 300 discount on the next purchase of any of their product. Is this the way they treat a customer??? That means the customer has to suffer for the improper quality of the product and the shopping mall is not ready to bear the loss on one product at all even though they are enjoying a lots of profit on n number of products they sell... Pls dont visit big mallls which makes us fools by showing all humgama
