Didnt receive order-1166

Hello sir,

i ordered 4 suits and deposited 2097 rs in kalazone account on 15 -16 march.i didnt get my order .i called kalazone.they said one suit was out of stock so didnt snd.but till now i didnt get..even they didnt make any call .really feel its vry poor service.they replied only when we call.is it nt there responsiblity to tell why they r making so late??
