It started as a good experience - but became a nightmare.
With my friend i went over and stayed for 2 days at these people's place. As Lokesh and his brother are business men - and as we liked their products we bought for 500€. Lokesh kept talking about the start of a beautiful friendship - we would already be happy had they just acted as honest business men. Neither one they lived up to.
Numerous trials to contact them, no reply or very tardy ones.
A package supposed to be delivered first week in November - paid for TNT delivery - was only shipped in December.
Insisting on not being able to give a tracking number - yet they appear on every shipping bill.
Lies about TNT having shipped to Argentina by mistake: any excuse was good enough.
Bed covers supposed to be 2m long, only 1, 95 - nothing they can or want to do about it
Slippers with cuts on the bottom - different colors...
As we are still looking for compensation, another promise they made, it is now in hands of the credit card company to resolve this dispute.
We have written proof and will contact embassy and merchant organizations next.
A huge disappointment - and extremely dishonest.
