This is to inform you that in order to avail scheme purchase of Reebok Products I took an attempt to book the product through Internet. While processing for payment all the information has been fed in with respect to credit card but while processing for payment the system had given an error msg. As a result we had to call the call centre no and the matter was discussed and all the details were give once again.
However, it appears that the purchase order has been wrongly executed twice from your end and I have received the items twice and the payment has been debited twice from my account.
Therefore we requested for the refund. This complain was done on 04.03.09 but till date there is no response towards this. Pls help me to get back the amount.
