This is related to the misconduct of shop owner of 'Lucky matching centre (Piko & fall)' - shop no.79/152 located at "new market, T.T. Nagar, Bhopal".
The shop owner sitting at front desk acts very smart with all customers and misbehaves all the time. he tried to over rule customer request with bad words and his attitude.
I went with my mother, initially ignored him but when went second time to collect clothes, he started giving us lectures on matching and started shouting on us when we asked some clarification on his work.
He also said ' pay the money and get out' & told us that we don't have knowledge on matching options. his behaviour was prettyt rude with all the ladies there.
Somehow I managed to make him quiet and made the payment.
I now want him to be aware of customer ethics and talking sense. So take this serious matter into considerations so that he can not push and threaten other ladies customers.
I will raise police complaint if no action is taken to stop his attitude. kindly look into this asap. Please let me know..
