This complaint is pertaining to the Online Shopping Company called 99 Labels
They have a very bad customer service etiquette. There is a default in every other order they send across. Its either a wrong product or a damaged product, or a different size of the product or a different color. Should we return the product it takes a month for them to process the return payment on the same. Sometimes we have follow up with them for about 3 to 4 months to get the repayment done.
What a pathetic Company that cheats the customers off their money in return for a bad customer service experience coupled with a bad product.
Please stop buying from them!! Only then will they know that the customers deserve to be treated right!
