Hi

I ordered for diapers and some accessories frm medplusbeauty and they accepted my payment as well. But 1 week later i got a call from them saying they are not able to ship my purchase since the courier people are charging them 500Rs shipping charge for the diapers in my purchase. I asked them to give me a refund which they said shall be given in a week. But nearing one month, they are not responding to my emails nor refunding my paid amount. My question is if they cant ship heavy items like diapers why do they keep it for sale in the first place? And committing to sell and later backing out from that is unethical. Non payment of the amount is fraudulance.
