Torn soul

I have really very bad experience of mochi shoe.

i have buy it last two months before from sgs pune of rs 3500/-and the soul of shoe is torn very badly and i even had a complaint but they are telling to repair it...

but being problem with the soul it is not possible to get the proper fitting..

i kindly request you to make the replacement as it is in the warranty period...
