Dear sir
I would like to draw your attention on the purchasing of men's woven special capri dated 12 march while using the said item it ruptured on first wearing. The clothe used in manufacturing of the said item was not up to the mark for use. I surprised to know that an esteemed business house owned by the oldest and reputed Birla family provide such kind of cheap product to the customer.
I would demand the change of the capri that i bought.
