I had purchased a frock from Myntra on the 21st of Decemberfro INR 490.00, screen shot of the same given below. I had viewed the same frock on the 16th December and tried doing payment but my internet connection got logged off and the transaction was left incomplete. I placed the same order on 21st paid for it and got the delivery too, but the credit card statement shows payment was claimed by Myntra on 16th December too for the same frock however the frock was delivered only once after the payment done on 21st December. Request you to please refund the amount claimed on 16th December.
