I had ordered a spctw: solar powered copper tone LED watch on the 14th june order no:7182586.
I received the parcel thro BLUE DART... AWB no:59028761083 on the 19th June from Ace Lifestyles (ACE DISTRIBUTORS) transaction number:17993827. On paying the courier boy Rs/555 after signing for the parcel, open the parcel to see the product and to our surprise saw the watch front glass broken. Called Ace lifestyle instantly and they referred me to customer [email protected] (Ph no:02224449144) who asked me to write in my complain. I would like an immediate replacement for the damaged piece at your earliest or it will be goodbye to rediff shopping.as I expect rediffshop to pull up their merchant partner because at this rate we customer will loose faith in rediffshop I have ordered several items in the past and have had one more bad experience where i order and paid for two passport and credit cards holders but on opening the parcel found only one. PLEASE DO NOT ENTERTAIN THESE SHADY MERCHANT PARTNERS they will bring a bad name to rediff and spell doom for the rediff shop business.
