I gave my shoes for sole pasting at nagpal shoes chaura bazar, ludhiana in june after buying in same month. as i am permanent resident of bathinda. When I received the same today (27/03), I was very shocked to see that the they paste 43 no. of sole instead of 44 no. which i brought in june. on asking they replied that in june it was 43 for 10 no. shoes but now change to 44 no. so we can'nt do anything in it. well i think that number for a shoe is standard throughtout the world.it does'nt change in any occassion. in reply he asked in which class do you read after that he abused me by saying you don't have any knowledge in respect to shoes he behave very violently. now as he paste wrong sole its become very tight to wear.
