I Booked My Product named Reebok track Suit Buffle Bag from NAPTOL online shopping, Order number is 1104545 Dated 13-12, Received dated 30-01. Sir Product quality is very dull, its not a genuine product of Reebok. At the time of booking they said if you would not satisfy from over product, you can replace or change your product. When I called (after receiving product) and I said I am not satisfy with your product I want to refund my money he reply I can't do any thing I can't refund your money even I can't replace it.

So please tell me what should I do for refunding my money
