Faulty product received

Hi,

I opted to use NDTV Gifts to send a Bday gift to my father, As I liked it and had a confidence in its name, I select ARMAANI Wallet and leather belt to be sent to my father in India, So that my father doesnt miss me on his Bday, A very special day, To my utmost surprise when he received the gift he found the wallet was not of ARMAANI make (diff from what i selectewd to be sent) and it was completely torn from one side, A big thing to embarass me despite no fault of mine.

I would rather not choose NDTV or recommend to any one for sending the gifts, Despite of having charged money from me they have not responded to my complaint.
