Respected Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you that on 12th oct I went to Paramount Service, Opp Jorhat Fire Brigade Station, Jorhat Ph No 0376-2309025.with a minor problem such as Joystick of my handset was not working downward. They accepted to rectify the same vide Jobsheet No42597dt12102010 & they delivered the same to me on 13102010 by charging a sum of Rs650.00[Six hundred fifty] but It was very surprising to see even the Keypad was not functioning properly It was at arround 7pm evening.
So with an unhappy mood I again went to the service centre to lodge the repeated complaint First they started to giving some unnecessary replies to my qurries such as'You should have check before taking delivery. Now you have 15 days warranty against reparing job. Finally they again kept the same vide Jobsheet no P-42614 assuring to get it rectify within ashort time. But Sir, Till this moment they are not able to deliver to me, So I request you kindly to look into the matter and take necessary action. Your kind cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated. Hope I will get a very good quality service from such a pionneer company to retain the WORLD LEADER in field of Cellphone.
