I placed an order on shopclues.com on 16th July and the order no is 1331681. After 10 days when I did not received any info regarding the order I called the CC and they said that the order is shipped and when I asked for AWB no they said they don't have that. After this I had a chat with them and gain the same ans. I had put a mail to [email protected] but to my dismay no answer at all. Kindly provide me a solution for my order.
