Colour fade of jean

I bought a cortroi jeans from kashmir readymade sec 17, chandigarh. After single wash its colour got fade.when i went to dealer they asked me for produce purchase bill to make sure that i have purchased the same jeans from their outlet. normally no one has purchase voucher of cloths, although i am a regular customer for numero, but after this incident i ve no trust on this brand in future
