I bought 2 items from Okaidi store during a single visit to their store in worli, Mumbai. The purchases were for RS 1250 and Rs.3490 respectively. The store had a scheme of a voucher for Rs.500 for purchase of Rs.3500 and Rs.1000 for purchase of 5000. However the store refused to give these vouchers to us even though our total purchase was rs.4740 saying that they had not billed both the items in the same bill.
