Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we booked one consignment bearing number 193433015 on 12/07/10 from Mumbai Bandra (W). We immediately informed that consignment is very urgent and it should deliver Nashik on 13/07/10. Subsequently, Trackon courier advised that consignment should be booked through Super Service (Prime Track Express Service) and we agreed on that we paid the extra charges of Rs110/-. Inspite of hectic follow-up over phone from Nashik, Trackon could not inform us the changed CN No. on next day i.e. 13/07/10. The consignment also not delivered on that day. We received the consignment on 14/07/10 and came to know the changed CN No.as 1022188 on receiving the document.
We are very disappointed with the Service of Trackon Courier and carelessness of not able to informing customer the changed CN No. immediately and even after one day. If the consignment not delivered as per schedule i.e. on 13/07/10 through super service, the extra amount charged, will be refunded now.
We look forward to receive the amount on the above address.
