Poor customer service

I purchased a pant from pantaloons cloth shop . when we buy lot of crowed there so we . didnt trial and bought . fit is not ok after we went home . we realised. we told them to alter and give but they said it cannot be done anything. the product cost around 1100/ i am a regular customer of pantaloon since 2007. it is my daughters birthday gift from me .chennai spencer plaza. pantaloons
