Hello Sir, We purchased a Pattu saree worth INR 4500/- from "Parinayasri" at S.No - 6-3-850/1, Srisha Plaza, Ameerpet, Hyderabad -16. Ph - 2341228. They did not accept it for exchange for a very simple reason that foldings were incorrect and showed a very rude behaviour.
Please help us.
