Dear Sir /Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchase one Shirt and one Jeans from Meenakshi Retails, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad (PEPE JEANS STORE) on 06.06.2010 at 9.57 PM and after checking the cloths at Home it was found that the Shirt is damagedand having holes on the sleeves and when I took that damaged shirt to the Pepe Jeans Store (Meenakshi Retails) the staff of the store have not agreed to replace the shirt instead started blaming me for the damage. Being a repuated company and the most popular brand I have not expected such a behaviour from your staff.
I have also found that the service of the store was very very bad and the sales staff are not customer friendly and their behaviour is not good towards the customers and going by the staff behaviour I have asked the Stores incharge to keep the damaged shirt with them only and I will complaint about this to your Company. For which they have informed that you can do what ever you want and if you want we can give you the phone number of our Regional Manager we have not problem that is the kind of attitude of the Stores Staff.
I am not concerned about the replacement of the Shirt or loosing money on my purchase at your stores. I just want to bring the attitude of your sales staff of Meenakshi Retials it is not only spoiling the Branch Name, but also the sales, therefore my request is to take immediate action to safe guard the interest of your Company & the BRAND.
