I have placed my order of Numero Uno Watch through Bag It Today on 6 May online. I received my order on 17 May in damaged condition. I reported this to customer care of Bag It Today. They told me to send it back and they will replace the order within 7 days. I have sent the watch same day and it was received at their end on 19 May. But since that day I am foloowing up with their customer care and I am getting the standard answer that you will receive it in 14- 15 days. Now it has been a month and I have not yet received the replacement of my order. Neither they are refunding my money back.
Kindly take some action to avoid such problems to customer.
