I purchased a new jeans worth Rs1800 from the pepe outlet at first floor, pacific mall near anand vihar isbt.

The jeans teared off below its back pocket in frst wash. I returned it to outlet. They assured me of exchange but now they even dont recognize me. Please provide me a way through.
