Hi,

i bought a pepe jaens last season and i wore it just once and it got unstitched from its pocket.i went to the connaught place showroom of pepe jeans and they said it cannot be exchanged and after sale company has no responsibility.

my father gifted me a shirt from pepe... its a size smaller and they refused to exchange that also.its a brand new shirt.i have been wearing pepe jeans the 73 series since last 4 years and connaught place showroom employees know me well but this time i really unsatisfied with the clothing.

please help me get t exchanged
