Staff Misbehaviou

This is very disappointed experience..., My complaints on staff behaviour with me. Nobody know that should how to talk with the customers. There is nobody responsible person, by which help to resolve your problem. Therefore my suggestion is that, if you implement this, you have to need to teach your staff, how to talk with the customers, because everyone know that "Customer is face of God"...
