Got torn Shirt

Hello,

I bought LEE shirt from SimpleLife.in website and I got torn shirt. I sent that shirt to Bangalore for Quality Team to check. Now they say that the shirt is mishandled by me. How can it be mishandled by me when i did not wear it on a single day.

That shirt is still in Bangalore.
