I Ordered 2 Puma T-Shirts in Bag it today on Nov 30 it has been more than 15 days and still i have not received the products.
They have charged Rs2, 000 (including the courier charge) for this but they have not yet delivered the product. When contacting the customer service no proper answer was done. When contacting the Courier (Quantum) Company they are saying they have not yet received. After paying the amount they are saying these type of stories. This is the worst shopping experience i have ever faced in my life. I have asked them to return my money and they are not responding to any one of my queries. So please take action against these people.
