We have brought three ladies suit from M/s Ashwarya Design Studio at Erla Society Road in Vile Parle West, Mumbai - 400056 on 4th Sept. My wife wears one of these on 11th Sept on Occasion on Ganeshpati. Colour of suit from sleeves’s boarder (red) has covered other part of suit and same time colour of Dupata (dark blue) also faded and leave that colour on suit as well my wife’s neck, face and arms too. The chemical of Dupata's colour is very harmful for human skin. Very next day on 13th Sept my wife has approached the said vendor about compliant with defected suit and request Mr. Kamal Bhai, who introduced himself as Shop Manager, to change the suit with same pattern but he refused to change the defected suit. After long arguments with him by my wife and myself on phone when he was totally in denial mode, I told him that we have to go to consumer court, he said you can go anywhere where you want to go but he will not change the defected suit.
Please advice us how we can proceed further. Suit cost is Rs. 6000/- plus.
