Conflicting with drivers

Hi, i have purchased a leapltop (HCL) notebook No P38 PDC, Machine No-XOP3832 fron your franchieswith window xp2 operating system. Now I have download (OS) window7 but i have a problem with coprocessor driver not found. Please arrange for the same with nvidia drivers at the earliest. I shall be hifgly grateful to you.
