Sir,

I had bought a ASUS MOTHER BOARD (P5KPL) on 27th MAR.2009 . I got 3 yrs. Warranty on MOTHER BOARD by the company.

It was not working properly so I sent the MOTHER BOARD to the service center at ernakulam on 26/05 through dealer.

After a month they sent a new MOTHER BOARD but it is G41 which uses DDR3 RAM while my MOTHER BOARD was G31 which uses DDR2 RAM. Now I pressures to buy a new DDR3 RAM worth Rs.2000 while I have no money for this unnecessary load. I made a call to ASUS Helpline No. but they did not give me the satisfactory answer to change my BOARD as it was G31. Now I want to return back my new G31 BOARD as soon as possible as I am facing great difficulty without it. I am suffering with mental stress due to this cause. Therefore I want to register a complaint against the company.
