I am facing a lot of trouble because of Mr. Abhay Dhanotkar the Director of Bizwin Softmass. We had asked him to do the website for BCM Career in the month of Dec and he gave the commitment that the website will be complete till 14th of Jan, but the website is not complete till date (19th of April) as per the requirement and the commitment given by him.
We required this website as early as possible because it was the admissions season which lasts not more than or after April. We have faced great losses due to him and now he says that the website is complete and is troubling us for the balance payment. But the website is not complete at all, we had asked him for the refund as he is not able to complete the task but he is not ready to do so.
Please will anybody help me in this matter.
We request you, plz help me to get the refund from Mr. Abhay of Rs. 20, 000 and the loss for the print material of Rs. 5000 and the SMS activity money of Rs. 10000.
