I purchased a BENQ LED monitor V2410 less than 4 months and found that the display was faulty i.e. the screen was yellowish. I called their customer service and they sent a technician who after checking changed the main board but the problem persisted. I called again and the same technician came on 1st August and after initially not accepting the problem agreed that the panel would need to be replaced and the same would be done within 10-12 days. Today is the 17th August and the replacement is not done. When i spoke to the customer service the guy said he cannot do anything and i need to speak to the RSM Amit Bhandarkar. When i spoke to Amit he mentioned he would revert to me and subsequently a third person called me and mentioned the approval for the replacement is pending yet. This is very poor service when you make a customer to run from pillar to post. I have paid a big amount for this monitor and it is the duty of BENQ to replace a faulty product.
