Replacement of 3 days old LCD Monitor
i bought a Benq LCD Monitor (Model no: 22 G2220) on 19th March and after two days i noticed that there are TWO SPOTS inside the screen one is WHITE and other one is RED. i thought that the screen got dust and i tried to clean it with a cloth but i could not be able to clean those spots and immediately i called up benq customer care and told them the whole situation they said that if that spot comes in the center, only then we will replace your screen not the monitor otherwise not. i told them that the spots are in the center of the screen. somehow the complaint was lounged, and after two days the engineer came to my place and surveyed the whole monitor, and he said that i will replace the screen only. i said but it is only 2 days before i bought this, i want my monitor replaced but he didn't agree and told me that due to some rules we can't replace your monitor. i said OK just change the screen and even i asked that engineer whether the screen u r giving me is used or not. He said " yes sir it is the USED one" i got shocked and at the same time i called to benq customer care and again tols them the situation. what is the use of giving the warranty to the customers. this is what you call warranty giving the old or used parts against that replacement, this is not good at all. sir i want my LCD Monitor Replaced as soon as possible.
