Faulty Mother board

I, Mr Imran Thakur had purchased a pentium 3 motherboard on 27/3 with bill number 6851 . From Bharati electronics located at Shop 384, Dongre bldg, sHOP NO 3 Shamrao vithal MARG, Grant road (E), 400007 .CELL: 9322228131, 66513181

After purchasing i was given 1 year gurantee for it. but the piece did not work even for 1 week i immediately took the mother board back after few days of follow up it was returned to me saying the problem was solved. but still after installing in my home pc and taking advice of 2 techinicians was confirmed that the motherboard is faulty.

so again i had given it back to repair .till date after repeated visits and phone calls to the owner i was avoided and days were kept on extending .now the shop owner refused to return the money nor give the motherboard in working condition
