I purchased a Blackberry mobile from a retail shop (Versha Enterprises) in bangalore on the 1st of Aug. It is a CDMA Model Blackberry 8530 Curve. On the 6th of Aug i recharged the mobile with Rs 398 internet pack, but was unable to access the internet on my mobile. After inquiring the costumer care, I found that my handset is not registered in blackberry messanger.but 398 Rs were deducted from my account. Now after calling so many times in costumer care and going in Versha enterprises I found a very negative response. Still i am not able to use my handset for internel. Even neither costumer care and not that retail shop is solving my problem. Now the last option left with me is to go to consumer court. Please suggest me for the best remedy regarding my problem.
